I went to Home Depot last week and was looking at colors for my dining room and picked out a color chip...then asked if they had any oops paint? Ironically they had almost the exact color I wanted for $5.00 for the gallon...went to the Unique Thrift Store and found curtains for half price so got the entire room done for $8.00 total!!!

Cheryl Did you paint yourself ? I dont know how you do everything !!! Great job , I love your white cabinet or dresser that you have some of your treasures sitting on !! Dont you love it when you get great deals?! Praying for you all ! Eunice
Wow what a difference. It looks so awesome! You have such a lovely home. Good job, right time right place and God's hand on your plans! Can't ask for more...xoxo
Oops paint is the best! I recently painted the exterior of my house, including the porch & trim for about $9 (plus $10 for buckets to mix it in). I even had enough trim paint left to paint my bathroom and still have lots of it left. Isn't it amazing how we can love things we already have with just a few simple changes?
Today I'm changing my dining room with a new (free) table (thanks to my mom). Now... if I can get those dining room chairs marked off my "to-do list" then it will all be complete.
Hope to see ya again soon at Transformation Thursday!

I have been doing crafts for over 20 years...also looking into learning more about learning how to do other crafts..I always am willing to learn to design with what I have or be creative...
We always are trying to recycle and people are always dropping off things for us to use in making things as my husband is disabled and we are trying to be saving something from being thrown out...
